🏛️ 1. Legislative Authority & Corporate Governance

1.1 Organizing Entity: DrukYul Lucky Lottery is organized, managed, and regulated directly by the Directorate of Lotteries, Ministry of Finance, Royal Government of Bhutan (hereinafter referred to as the "Directorate").

1.2 Head Office: The principal administration and official claims office is situated at Phuentsholing, Chukha Dzongkhag, Kingdom of Bhutan.

1.3 Legal Compliance: All operations, draws, ticket issuance, and disbursements strictly conform to the Penal Code of Bhutan, the Public Finance Act, and applicable gazette notifications issued by the Royal Government.

🔞 2. Age Requirement & Ticket Ownership

2.1 Minimum Age of 18: Participation is strictly confined to individuals who have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of ticket purchase. Underage lottery engagement is an offence under Bhutanese law.

2.2 Genuine Physical Ticket: Ownership of a physical paper ticket issued by an authorized Directorate agent constitutes prima facie evidence of entitlement. Digital scans, photocopies, or screenshots are non-negotiable and strictly ineligible for prize claims.

2.3 Responsibility for Safe Custody: The ticket holder bears sole responsibility for the safekeeping of the ticket. The Directorate accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

Draws are conducted daily under the supervision of a government-appointed Draw Committee at the Phuentsholing Draw Hall starting from 04:30 PM BST onwards.

✅ 4. Official Terms & Verification Conditions

As printed upon every certified declaration sheet (Ref: DLD/OfficialResult/2026/1272 onwards):

        Condition 1: Dual Verification for High Value

        All prize winning tickets exceeding Nu. 10,000/- must be verified and endorsed by the respective authorized selling agents prior to presenting the claim at the DrukYul Lucky Lottery Head Office in Phuentsholing.

        Condition 2: Zero Tax Deductions

        Under the progressive fiscal policy of the Royal Government of Bhutan, all declared lottery prizes are payable in full with ZERO tax deductions to verified ticket holders upon authentic verification.

        Condition 3: 30-Day Presentation Window

        Original winning tickets must be presented intact, readable, and un-mutilated within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the official draw declaration date.

🚫 5. Ticket Invalidation & Forfeiture

5.1 Mutilated or Damaged Tickets: Tickets that are forged, counterfeited, altered, torn, burnt, bleached, or where ticket barcodes/numbers are illegible will be rejected.

5.2 Criminal Prosecution for Counterfeiting: Any attempt to present counterfeit tickets or fraudulent claims will result in immediate criminal prosecution under the Penal Code of Bhutan.

5.3 Unclaimed Prizes: Prizes not claimed within the statutory 30-day window automatically revert to the Royal Government Consolidated Fund to finance public infrastructure, hospitals, and rural development in Bhutan.

⚖️ 6. Gazette Supremacy & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Physical Gazette Supremacy: While this portal updates results in real-time for public transparency, in the event of any discrepancies between electronic displays and the printed physical gazette signed by the Chief Operating Officer, the physical gazette maintained at Phuentsholing shall prevail.
